There were mistakes in a few questions. For example, you had to subtract the numbers from the years, but the instruction was the opposite. According to the instructions, the answer would have been -19, but the correct answer for the game was 19. One question asked about the hall next to the Hercules hall. We answered the English answer read on the sign, but in the game the English name was different.

Great two hours in Uork following clues and a map. Saw parts of York we hadn’t seen before. Enjoyable experience. Would do it again in a different city

I enjoyed the concept of the tour however the execution was not good. It has clearly not been trialled well, as many of the locations are inaccessible due to scaffolding, and the questions were even in Dutch at times (which couldn’t even be answered using Google translate as the answers also had to be in Dutch!) The map struggled to register our location at times due to the high buildings. The whole quiz also seemed to be a bit too long really. We found that data can be off in order to preserve battery so that might be a good tip.

I wasn't sure what to expect but it turned out great, the app is really clever and leads you to the next point easily. The clues were the right level of difficult to make it a challenge but not too much so that you couldn't pass to the next point. I would do this again in another city and recommend it to anyone!

We are great fun doing the Escape Tour of Oxford. We didn't quite finish in time so were grateful of the 2 hour extension. We are 4 adults, but found some of the questions quite challenging. The instructions were easy to follow and the locations we went to were very pretty. All in all a pleasant way to spend the afternoon.

Good fun, better than an escape room as it’s outdoor and you get exercise exploring a city!

Did not finish as the route was constantly blocked by closed roads and police due to marches and protests going on.

I liked the concept of the app and the GPS activated questions, however it drained our battery too quickly and the questions seemed unrelated to the mission overall. We enjoyed our other city scavenger hunt (with a paper book) more.

Began the tour full of enthusiasm, but with clues so difficult to interpret we gave up!!

This escape tour was really fun and a nice way to explore the city, although several of the questions didn't make sense or seemed to have outdated answers (e.g. required us to look at something in the area that we couldn't find, or involved the colours of house doors that may have been painted since the question was created). Luckily we were able to find the secret exit without all the letters, so although it was annoying at the time it didn't matter too much in the end.

Good fun and takes you around a city to areas you might not know. After the game, we were able to go back to these places to properly enjoy!

A complete waste of time. The instruction video was so small, we couldn’t read the instructions so we had no idea what we were supposed to do. Some of the instructions were in Dutch so we had no understanding of it. We have made a complaint

Unfortunately, we had to cease the activity due to the rain. We didnt get much done at all.

A really enjoyable experience. We weren't quite sure what to expect, but the searching for different location and the clues there was really interesting. We missed out on the 2 hour limit by seconds so were very annoyed with ourselves! We would love to do another one.

Having done Escape Tours in Brussels and Paris, this one held together as a story the most and the clues were fun and inventive. My son and I love escape room activities and thoroughly enjoyed this. Even better: there were street food stalls so that we could have lunch on the go (our energies were lagging and it slowed down our thinking!)
