I purchased the Bath (England) Escape Tour We travelled 70 miles to the starting point. We downloaded the app and logged in. There was a circle on the map with a very small arrow. We attempted to follow the arrow. When it reversed we assumed we were there. Nothing happened! We tried again - nothing happened. We looked at the "Help" video. It was not in English !! We gave up. A complete waste of money . No instructions as to what to do !! Regards.

Had a lovely walk around York solving the clues at different locations. The app worked well (the majority of the time) and the GPS accuracy was good. Some clues required a bit of guess work, but overall we escaped so that was a success.

After a slow start-the instructions were not in English, and we were only able to download the trail onto one phone, we began the tour. It was not easy for 4 people to look at one phone. Sometimes the alert for clues went off quite a way from the clue which was a little misleading. Sometimes the alert didn't sound at all. However. Was a great afternoon and really good fun. Because of the delay at the start we didn't escape but very enjoyable.

I could not change the language. It was still in Dutch even if i don’t speak it. At a certain point we had to give up because the road was not accesible by car and also there no spot where we could leave it. Very disappointing experience

Ambiguous questions and repetitive tasks eg. Counting letters, numbers etc at nearly every stop so rather boring. We had expected a much more cryptic puzzle as one would expect in indoor escape rooms. Could be easily undertaken by schoolkids. We took longer time as I am on crutches and there were many steps to get up and down. Disappointing experience!

I did this "quest" with my daughter. We enjoyed it but might have been a bit tricker to navigate had we not known the area. Would definitely do one again.

We enjoyed our walk around Bath to find the clues. Not all the clues were that easy but we were able to find the exit within the two hours.

We absolutely loved it! It was a fantastic way of seeing hidden places in Bologna. Highly recommended for entertaining an 11 year old girl

Good idea and decent quality app with fun tour although exorcism was something hard to explain to my granddaughter! The Alchemist question misled us to using left hand numbers only! Cost of arms answer wouldn’t accept A had to use 1. Some refinements needed but a great way to explore on a fine day!

The tour was really nice and good organised and lead us over the old town in Dusseldorf. only one question was hard to solve because the solution was on a covered building because of re-constructions. So we had to check street view from Google to see the building and solve the question. But in over all, everything was perfect and really recommended. Big thanks for your effort in organising this activity.

Absolutely rubbish. Complete waste of money. Could not get further than entering a team name and players. It wouldn’t go any further and just gave assorted error messages. There was no way of getting help and I drove a very long way to not do the thing I went for. Huge disappointment and will be telling people to avoid this company unless they can seriously improve the offering.

Would be better if the story was written by an English person as it would be more easily understood as my group struggled with a few question as wasn't very clear, overall though, a couple of hours of fun and we would have cracked the 2 hours if not for the problems encountered

The Brighton tour is impossible to complete as so many of the elements have changed - e.g. doors have been repainted and shops have changed name. Building work round the Pavilion makes another task impossible. We gave up because we'd never have got enough clues to the final solution.
