Is the blue bullet not visible or does the location differ? Then follow the next steps:
- Go to your phone's settings and look for the LoQuiz app settings.
- Click location and then specify to allow the app to access your location when in use.
- Restart the app and click "continue with the last game.
If the blue bullet still does not show or the location still deviates, try logging in to another phone in the following way:
- Exit the game by pressing the 3 bars on the top left and then on Exit at the bottom.
- Download the LoQuiz app on the new phone.
- Log in to the new phone with your personal login information.
- Push the game info away.
- Press start.
- Fill not again your team name and team members but press: 'or resume with existing team' and then on your previously entered team name.
- Continue Escape Tour on the new phone.

If the map can no longer be seen, it is convenient to restart the app. This is done in the following way:

If no (new) letters appear and your backpack remains empty, it is useful to restart the app once. This is done in the following way:
- Exit the game by pressing the 3 bars on the top left and then on Exit at the bottom.
- Restart the app.
- Choose the "continue with last game" option.
- You will now continue playing where you left off.
If the backpack is still empty or no (new) letters appear, try logging in to another phone in the following way:
- Exit the game by pressing the 3 bars on the top left and then on Exit at the bottom.

Empty battery or low battery
Is your battery running low? No stress, you can continue playing on another phone. In that case, follow the following steps:
- Exit the game by pressing the 3 bars on the top left and then on "Leave" at the bottom.
- Download the LoQuiz app on the new phone.
- Log in to the new phone with your personal login information.
- Push the game info away.
- Press start.
- Fill not again your team name and team members but press: 'or resume with existing team' and then on your previously entered team name.
What is the purpose of the game
The goal of the game is to find the secret exit of the city. You do this by answering questions correctly and completing assignments. With each correct answer you earn letters, which form clues to the secret exit of the city. These letters automatically appear in your backpack.
The blue dot on the map shows you where you are. You can also use it to zoom in. Make sure the blue dot is within the radius of a task, then the task will open automatically.
When all the tasks are done and there are no more icons on the map, go to the location of the secret exit. It is of course invisible, but will appear when you are in the right place!
Are there no more icons on the map? Then you may be at the end of the game. And now?
You have been able to collect letters in all levels and they have appeared in your backpack. With these letters you can make words, which have to do with the location of the secret exit. The exit is of course invisible, since it is a secret exit and therefore not on the map. The exit only becomes visible when you are nearby.
The story only ends when you actually find the secret exit! So run here!
