Do you want to learn how to create games that truly bring people together? At Escape Tours , we Escape Tours experiences that leave a lasting impression. Our city games and team-building games are played by thousands of people both in the Netherlands and abroad. From Escape Tours major cities around the world to a digital Christmas game for companies, everything we do revolves around gamification.

Collaborate in the development of city games and team games.
Devise assignments and help games improve.
Support testing, content and preparation.
This is what I want!

As an intern you will work on developing, improving and preparing our games. For example, you will help set up new Escape Tours, work on creative concepts and support in optimizing existing games. You will also support the execution and preparation of new assignments.

In other words, you will be close to the fire in a creative team, where you really get to run with it.

What will you do?

- Participate in the development and renewal of our city games and team games
- Devising assignments and game components for different target groups
- Working with our own game platform and tools (we are happy to teach you how to use them)
- Assisting in testing and optimizing existing games
- Taking on practical tasks such as processing content, checking spelling, and preparing customer questions

What am I going to learn?

How to use gamification for both business and residential markets.
Working from a target audience: how do you adapt your game or content accordingly?
How to translate creative concepts into a concrete (digital) game.
Collaborate in a professional yet informal team that develops everything in-house.

We offer

An educational, varied internship within a creative and young team.

Internship allowance of €450 per month for a 38-hour work week.
Travel allowance of €50 for full-time internship.
