In the beautiful town of Stendal, Johann Winckelmann, the father of classical archaeology, was born in 1717. From childhood he is fascinated by art and archaeology. After several years of study, Johann goes to work for Count Heinrich. During one of the excavations, things go wrong. The young archaeologist secretly steals a valuable object. Count Heinrich sees this as treason and sends Johann away. But that's not all...
The Count is furious and determined to ruin Johann's reputation. Johann fears not only the loss of his job and his good name, but especially his freedom. During his excavations, he once heard something about a secret exit. That would come in handy for him now! Can the archaeologist find the secret exit unseen?
