Thomas Edison and Nikola Tesla, two ambitious geniuses who were far ahead of their time. Their inventions in the 19th and 20th centuries have played a major role in the development of modern society. Edison is of course known for his invention of the light bulb. But he also had the brilliant idea of making electric cars. That would be the future! Tesla agreed with this and saw himself working in Edison's company. When Tesla emigrated from Serbia to New York in 1884, it was not long before he became responsible for the development of an electric motor.
With today's knowledge, we know that Tesla is the most famous electric car brand in the world. But how is that possible when the original idea came from Edison? What happened between those two men? One thing is certain: what started as a beautiful collaboration ended in a lot of misery. And Tesla? He was no longer sure of his life!
