Slovenian architect Jože Plečnik had left his mark on the buildings in Ljubljana with his love of classical architecture. Unfortunately, not all of his fellow architects could appreciate this style and rivalries between them grew.
After World War II, tensions came to a head. Plečnik's work was more hated than praised. And a large group of supporters of communist ideals, including some former students, preferred to lose the architect rather than get rid of him. Plečnik feared for his life, but he had one advantage. In the past, he had helped design a secret exit in Ljubljana. The only problem was that he had no idea where the exit was eventually placed
