About Escape Tour camps
In 1826, Johannes Lehmkuhl arrived in Kampen from Bremen. Together with four loyal servants, he established the town’s first cigar factory. His craftsmanship and fragrant tobacco soon brought him success. But that success also aroused jealousy.
Berend Goosen, a shrewd businessman, opens his own factory: De Olifant. What starts as admiration turns to envy. Goosen tolerates no competition and wants to get rid of Johannes. Johannes overhears a threatening conversation in an alleyway and fears for his life. To make matters worse, he suspects that one of his own servants is working with Goosen. But who?
