About Escape Tour
On a cold evening in 1719, Princess Maria Clementina Sobieska is locked up in the Hofburg Palace in Innsbruck. The daughter of the Polish king is engaged to James Stuart, the Scottish pretender to the throne. Emperor Charles VI wants to prevent this marriage at all costs and has therefore had her imprisoned. But Clementina refuses to be used as a pawn in a political game. It's time to take action, time to escape!
Disguised as a servant, she slips out of the palace and begins her escape through the city. Not long after, Otto, a coachman, discovers her plan. He wants to help her escape, but there's a problem: his carriage is broken. As the guards get closer and closer, Clementina must help Otto repair the carriage so they can flee together and reach the secret exit from Innsbruck!
