The Escape Tour Haarlem takes you back to the year 1637, the year when the famous painter Frans Hals was at the height of his glory. He was much loved among the rich and famous and earned good money with his paintings. Unfortunately, he also had the talent of making that money disappear like snow in the sun....
When he once again found himself in debt, he came up with a plan. What if he simply stole his paintings back from the wealthy? As you can guess, this plan did not last long, forcing Frans to make a quick escape from the city. His only chance was the well-kept secret exit of Haarlem. But where exactly was it?
