Welcome to 19th-century Essen. Alfred Krupp, better known as the "cannon king," is a strong and tough man of great stature. After all his delusions about scary diseases, his wife and family doctor have long since stopped taking him seriously. Even now Krupp is suffering from headaches, coughing and fever. There is only one thing to do: Alfred must find a doctor outside Essen as soon as possible. To protect his reputation as a strong steel builder, he must get out of the city unseen. Alfred has heard of a secret exit, but its exact location is a mystery. Armed with a bag full of medicine, our hypochondriac sets out to find it!
