About Escape Tour cambridge


In 1807, George Gordon Byron is studying at Trinity College in Cambridge. Lord Byron, as his fellow students call him, is a striking figure in the English city. He is known for his partying, drinking and numerous affairs. Recently, Byron has fallen hopelessly in love with a male chorister. Small problem, in his day male love is still punishable by death. The town is in an uproar: Byron must be arrested!


When Byron is with friends on Tennis Court Road, he learns of his arrest warrant. He needs to get out of there! The casanova has heard of Cambridge's secret exit, but even his friends do not know its exact location. Lord Byron grabs his belongings and hurries off. Will he succeed in leaving the city unseen?
