About Escape Tour bonaire
It was August 1963. The biggest multiday spearfishing competition in the Caribbean was scheduled. Captain Don Steward was part of the organizing committee and did his best to make it a great event. The list of participants included some big names, including himself, and Carel Steensma (KLM Head of Flight Operations on Curaçao) had also signed up.
The large chest full of spearfishing gear is already waiting on the Playa shoreline as the divers prepare for the start. At twelve o'clock sharp, everyone armed with a spear disappears into the clear blue water. But soon after, the ocean turns red.... blood red. Captain Don gasps, but then everything suddenly goes black before his eyes...

By scooter or car
The Escape Tour Bonaire is different from the other Escape Tours. You won't stay in one city; instead, you'll travel past several beautiful locations across the island. The route is approximately 20 kilometers long. Because of this, this Escape Tour is
not suitable for walking! So, take a car or scooter and discover the beautiful island. But beware: to complete the assignments, you often have to leave your vehicle and continue on foot.
