Welcome to 19th-century Essen. Alfred Krupp, better known as the "cannon king," is a strong and tough man of great stature. But what almost no one knows is that the steel magnate is plagued by hypochondria. After all his delusions about scary diseases, his wife and family doctor have long since stopped taking him seriously. Even now Krupp is suffering from headaches, coughing and fever. Is it a simple cold, or is there something seriously wrong with him?
